**** about contract
<p>I took a vodacom contract via elite mobile. The call centre agent told me that i will get 2GB of data every month for 24 months. I received my package and I also received an sms stating that i will get 1GB data per month. I phoned Vodacom and explained my story, they promised to get a recording from elite mobile and get back to me. I phoned them again after a week and they promised to resolve the matter. I have been waiting for a month now for them to get back to me. I am very disapointed with the service i have received from VODACOM.</p>

I can not believe that Vodacom acted as if they have rectified the problem whereby they added the gigabyte on my contract and then increased my instalment. My instalment is now double. It is supposed to be R99 for 2G data as promised over the phone when someone phoned me. The data was adjusted to 2G but they also increased my instalment. I am so upset right now. When is this gonna end?
