Liberty Midlands Mall - Deplorable Service

Lost my number that I've had for 9 years due to a *****ulent sim swap done against my will not once but twice. First time the consultant on the phone assured me that it will be flagged and I will only be able to do one if i visit a Vodacom branch in person but then it happens again and when I visit the branch nobody can help me. The consultant cannot verify that it's my number and the branch manager at Liberty Midlands Mall (Pietermaritzburg) makes a joke about offering me doughnuts rather than making an effort to get my number.

An online consultant was more helpful Xolani bless his soul because he actually did so much over the phone to help me, had me fill in a ***** report but once again the staff at the branch refused to help me further. The number has never came back to me and someone else has it. Deplorable service from both Vodacom and that Liberty Midlands Mall branch. Please close that branch and offer the staff some doughnuts as part of the retrenchment package.
