Liberty Mall & Umhlanga repair centre Vodacom

I am disgusted in the so-called service offered by Vodacom.

I took my phone in for a broken screen, I got it back 2 weeks later and wifi was not working and not charging.

Due to the wifi not working I used ALL my airtime and data, which I think should have been refunded to me as if my phone was fixed correctly in the first place would not have been wasted.

I then return my phone and advise what the problem is and Charmaine (manager) takes my phone to the back and puts my sim in a loan phone for me; which was greatly appreciated besides for the fact that the loan phone was flat and she left my memory card in the my phone that was to be swapped out.

Once I charged the loan phone I noticed that my memory card was missing. I have been in store TWICE to sort this out and get my memory card however nobody has been able to advise me further or assist me. I have been told on Sunday that someone would be calling me to advise me further, it is now Thursday and I have heard nothing regarding this THEFT.

A manager shoudl know to check that the memory card has been removed from phones, I have personal stuff on there.

To top it all off when I was there on Sunday I took my boyfriend's phone in for a cracked screen repair and completed a claim form for him as his phone is insured through Vodacom. He then gets an sms saying that the job has been received and he needs to pay +/- r 1 300.00 to fix the phone. He calls you guys and "surprise" the claim form has been lost!!! So now he must resubmit a claim form to get the claim attended to via insurance. I also was not advised that I neeed to swap over the insurance from my old phone that they "repaired" to the new celphone that they swapped out (why must I do this, they have all the new IMEI details etc)

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service offered by Vodacom and will definitely will be switching to a new service provide in December.

FUMING CUSTOMER
