*****! STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM!

DON'T EVRN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!

I've agreed to a final debit in order to cancel the account with them, they just took my money and claim after 5 days that it does not reflect on their side. After numerous attempts to call and chat to them online, they still can't help me. I highly regret ever taking a cell phone contract with Vodacom, their service is **********. I'm still trying to build my credit score because of them claiming owed them R2000, this battle has been long and extremely dissatisfactory. You debited my account, now close the damn account and leave me the hell alone, never will I take up cell phone accounts with your lying agents ever again. I also await feedback as to what ever happened to the agent who **** and said my account was closed whereas in actu fact she never closed it as I requested!!!! I hate VODACOM
