Vodacom is seemingly intent of providing the absolute worst customer experience in the world. From lying about a phone they sold us, to the phone malfunctioning after two weeks, to being given the run around from store to store to get it fixed, **** to again, screamed at by another manager, to getting the phone back from being repaired only to find it isn't fixed, this company is seriously a joke. I wouldn't pee on them if they were on fire.
