Everytime i want to cancel my contract the retention team promises me something too good to pass.after i accept i find that was all a lie.when i call in they keep bull****ting me!for the past week they say someone will call me back but nobody calls.other service providers are giving excellent deals.i been with Vodacom for many years and don't appreciate the way im treated.they sent me a call back sms for 12pm after telling me someone will call in 10mins.it is now past 12 and still no call.i have work to do and cant wait for thei nonsense.
