Vodacom is a bunch of ***** and *******. They take your money without any concerns for their customers.

They lie to your face and change contracts without your consent.

No one is willing to help to resolve the problem at hand. All they want is your money, and they expect you to pay no matter what is the problem.

I refuse to pay them until my contract is canceled or my problem is resolved. To this vodacom think it is a joke and they dont really care about their customers. As long as the people pay they are happy to ***** people over and over again.
