I have been receiving stories from Vodacom regarding missing airtime, then on 5th I called them an explained that i reserted my phone as it was giving me problems and i didn't have any downloads as it was reserted, and all applications backup data was restricted, but soon as i downloaded airtime, it vanished, then i called then, the first consultant said it doesn't show where it went to, the second one said she transferred my case to the technicians who will call me within 24 hours whom they didn't, I called them on the 7th and the consultant wanted to come up with the backup data story and I told her that my case is referred to the technicians and she said she is contacting them and they will get back to me, it's the 8th today and they haven't called me yet.
