this of many reviews as I'm still a dissatisfied customer. I have app**** for a contract with vodacom and was approved evertyhing was done and I was waiting for my devices however for some reason my order was cancelled off and I was not notified I called in and then was told this I then requested to speak to a manager and from the 5th of September till now waiting for my devices. the service I recieved from them is disgusting. I have opened numerous complaints however no resolution I have now taken it to ICASA and they have referred my issue to the NCC. I called in asking for the manager to send me an email as to what has being done to assist me from the start till now and did not receive any emails from them. I continuously get **** to and promised call backs from manager in which is not done. I WIll NEVER EVER recommend vodacom to any one they are by far the worst company to ever deal with they agents and managers are full of lies. my contact number is ***
