Hi, Further to my email below I placed an order online on 12/07/2019, I got email confirmation (see attached) of this order, I immediately thereafter got a call confirming the order. I subsequently got a call yesterday confirming my order again and received an order number thereafter.

I had a conversation with various of your online chat agents, who to my dismay advised me that an order was never placed. I need you urgently advise why one ½ of your staff confirms the order on multiple occasions and the other ½ advises me that there is no order?

I need you to address my query with the utmost urgency & not handle it in a lackadaisical fashion. I need you to immediately confirm my order & advise when I will receive it, if you continue to advise that an order was never placed I need confirmation of this in writing, also stating that my account will never be debited because if it is I will dispute any such debit orders and you WILL be liable for any accounts this may incur.
