Liana Van Der Westhuizen from Alisom threats

Your outsource Alisome is extremely unprofessional and I am referring to Liana Van Der Westhuizen.

She literally called me childish and said that she will blacklist me after I told her that I will not respond to her emails.

Since last year we have had issues with them, the router kept switching off and restarting by itself. I work from home and this caused issues, I was advised that if this continues then I will have to start coming to the office which is extremely far from my house. I paid for a service that was continuously giving me problems and I emailed Alisom nearly every day, I never stopped paying my bill, I notified Alisom that I will be moving to a different provider because of this, Liana arranged for Shaheed Smith to collect the router at my office, Niandre Smith was CC'd too, all correspondence were in order, I made my way to the office that day regardless of how far it is because I neded to return the router so that Alisom can be a thing of the past, none of these people responded to any of my emails on that day, Shaheed never came, Liana never rep**** to me once. But she wants to call me childish and now months later she wants to threaten me with blacklisting and unpaid bills.

Vodacom I am not sure who or what your process is but please get your ducks in a row and properly vet who you outsource to.
