LG Velvet was pushed onto me and now they're exiting the market!!!

I upgraded my contract on 26 March, wanted a Samsung, twice a Vodacom agent "recommended" the LG Velvet. I eventually signed up for this phone, went back a couple of days later to agent saying I want to cancel my contract, he then again "convinced" me to stick to LG Velvet as it's a durable phone. And was also told I cannot exchange the device as I've already opened it. I want out of this contract as this phone is not what I was told it is. I've also now read that LG is pulling out of smartphone business??!!! So is that why Vodacom was pushing for LG Velvet devices?? And yes I know I had the final decision as to which mobile device to go for, but I do feel I was bul**** into accepting this device.

Reviewer Update
Good day,
Thank you for your response. I am aware that I signed the contract, I did mention this in my original review. Did the store also advise that I was back at the store 1 working day after I signed the contract to state I am not happy with the device and that I wish to cancel it? And was told that I cannot because I opened the box already? And how can I sign a CPA document indicating I "am happy" with the device when by the time I signed indicating this (i.e. that "I am happy with the device") when the box that the device came in was still closed?? This is now Vodacom nails their customers, by using a contract's actual wording to their own benefit. I am not happy with this outcome, I want this contract cancelled on the basis that Vodacom's agents pushed a device on me and that I did go back to the store. There might not be physical proof or evidence of this, but surely the store has got cameras? Please call me so that we can talk about this further. I will put a stop to this debit order with my bank based on the fact that I am disputing this contract.
