LG phone not repaired by Vodacom

Took my daughter LG G6 phone that was faulty to Vodacom shop Witbank Mall, Middelburg Vodacom could not help so we had to drive to Witbank to hand the phone in.

Jobcard ********** 9 was opened, a week later they phone me back and said vodacom can not work on the phone beacause it have a google acc on it(news to us), we must remove the google acc, PROBLEME phone is dead ??????, week later phone was sent again to vodcom HQ for repair, phone sent back google still active on phone, give the shop google password, according to witbank google is now removed.....phone back to HQ, Phone sent back to Witbank google acc still active .........phone the HQ repair centre they told us phone SAMSUNG they will assist .......HALLO is a LG.......Phone on its way back to Witbank ,,According to Vodacom HQ this jobcard is now closed.. its 2 months now ,no phone ,no help Vodacom R600.00 inst per month,,,, Is this your type of service Vodcom?
