LG G4 network problem

last month i lost my phone and i went to vodacom to buy a new phone since i heard a contract with then and i was Due for an upgrade i took LG G4 but now i saw that i made biggest mistake of mylife because since i have used the phone always give me problems <br> most of m calls go straight to voice mail with out it being ringing <br> i call the call centre agent to assist me fix the problem but even it does that <br> i regret buying that phone becaus i thought its the best since it was very expensive <br> i even too an insurance and what i found strange its that i need to pay 20% if i lost or damage the phone <br> i've used vodacom for many years i never heard a roblem of the network <br> i just think the problem its with this phone <br> when i read trought their contact i was suppose to return the phone within 14 days if i was not happy with <br> <br> i accept the mistake i've made but what i need to know its is there any possible way to take this phone back since i've jst started my contract <br> 24 months its a long way and i don't think i can be happy with ith anymore <br> i know at points i was soppose to check more about the phone <br> but please the comnsutlant also need to inprove skills
