LG G4 All Promises All Lies

I have been sleaking to Vodacom logging calls for dropped calls problems and problems with my new LG G4 that was claimed to be the best phone with the least problems. But I have had non stop issues with the keyboard not registering the type inputs software issues and a run around but the Vodacom call centre and the branch in Alberton. I never had an issue with my Samsung and now the frustration of a phone that does not respond and no one willing to help just a painfull runaround. <br> A lot of LG G4 owners have been complaining about touchscreen taps being delayed or just not registering at all. It seems that the touchscreen sensitivity is off and some taps are being missed, also complaints about long-pressing for special characters being incredibly slow when using the keyboard.<br> <br> I need this to be sorted out with cancel the contract or give me a Samsung either or is ok. I ported from MTN but it seems as if I should have stayed on their network
