LG G3 ignored problems! Terrible Vodacom service!

I love'd my LG G3 when i got it. The battery is swollen and this is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS however they refuse to help or replace the phone after several calls. <br> The day i got it, it had cracks on the sides, but i thought it's supposed to look like that, a friend saw it a few months later and shoewd his phone didn't look like that.<br> I called them, and I was ignored as my warranty has expired.<br> Since then my screen has come loose with light shining through the sides<br> The battery is swollen (THIS IS DANGEROUS)!!!<br> This is not my fault! There are tons of forms complaining about these problems. It's not my fault. It's Vodacom refusing to replace a phone for a reliable customer who has never been with another carrier. And their help for people like us is a disgrace. I will not upgrade this year. And you should definitely not!!!<br>
