LG G2 Lost By Store

I had taken my LG G2 in to Vodacom Westgate to repair the screen. An assessment was done and the repair amount was going to be R1700. I then instructed them to not repair it as the amount was too high and we all came to an agreement. That was in early April. I have now been to the store repeatedly only to be told that my phone is now lost and they are unable to replace it with the same model. A lesser model is being offered, a damaged one at that. My phone was new when the screen cracked and vodacom needs to give me my phone back. The store manager, Clifton De La Rose got involved but also insists that I will not get a replacement. It is not my fault that they lost my phone. I intend to take this matter further and I find this treatment of customers by vodacom repulsive. Vodacom needs to replace my phone with the same model or simply return my phone phone to me. The job number is ***6.
