Kindly advise the R678.56 instead of R453.58 what was it for. Also explain the letter of demand that I have received for a contract I have changed the ownership for in June and your store consultant in Bloemfontein Mimosa Mall messed my account. I don’t want that money credit on my Vodacom account I want it credit back on the account it debited from. I will really appreciate if that can be done before end of this month. What you are doing it’s inconveniencing and it affect my bank account. The lady who called me said it will be credited but that never happened as the debit order went through with the debit order of the account I requested the change of ownership to be done. Ever since that a month can’t go by without me complaining about Vodacom here. I WANT THAT EXTRA MONEY DEBITED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT TO BE CRRDITED BAVK ON MY BANK ACCOUNT BEGORE THR END OF THR MONTH.
