Letter confirming a fruadulent swim swap

<p>My vodacom sim card was **********ly swapped on the 18.07.2016. This resulted in my bank account to have some transactions which I could not account for and the bank requested for the letter from vodacom confirming that my number was **********ly swapped for them to do an investigation.I reported the matter to a local vodacom shop and the manager named Madeleine advised me to submit an affidavit and an ID copy so she can forward it to the relevent department. Once the required documents were submitted they were emailed and I waited patiently for the letter until the 5.08.2016 when the bank called to enquire about the outstanding letter.I went back to the shop on the 5th and the consultant(Ty) that assisted me on that day gave me a printout of email proving that the documents were emailed long ago. The consultant phoned to enquire about my letter but was transferred from pillar to post for about an hour.Eventually he was given a number to call pertaining to the matter and the person that answered took my details promising to call me back the very same day.Till today I have not received a call nor a letter that I had requested and the bank had to unfortunately defer the investigation untill they receive the letter.</p>
