Let's Play the Blame Game

So apparently the Vodacom stores get their stock from a different warehouse, and because of this, Vodacom Customer Care, as well as the After Sales Contact Centre Departments, cannot assist with my issue because they do not have access to the required system tools to expedite this issue. The best part is that they told me "it's the store's problem". Last time I checked the store is also part of Vodacom, or are there different Vodacom's in this country. What a Joke. I shall be lodging my formal complaint to the Ombudsman today. So over this. Once all my contracts expire I shall be changing providers.

Hi Moddy, Thank you for your response on my issue. Are you able to provide me with a resolution timeframe as yet given that this has now been ongoing for 3 weeks this coming Saturday?

So today I find out that I was **** to in that there are no separate warehouses for Vodacom stock, there is only one. How sad. Given that Vodacom has not fulfilled their end of the contract, I shall be requesting the cancellation of my upgrade upon return of the mobile handset to the store this evening.
