Let's move our business from this vodacom

I had the worst experience with vodacom right now. I was supposed to receive my cellphone today through RAM and vodacom did not authorize a third party will be collecting the parcel after I have confirmed over 4 times that a third party will be collecting the phone and the ram courier even got to the third party address because couldn't receive the phone imagine having to loose money because of not being able to go work because someone is *********** at vodacom and when I called in today about this I spoke to over 3 call center agents and I got no assistance in getting my order today and I got no assistance in lodging a complain. Vodacom does not deserve our business people.
