Let's all get down on our knees and beg Vodacom for service

It's been 2 months since i signed the quote for my fibre but i still do not have connection. After several calls, I was told my ID was outstanding which i sent. Then i was told vetting expired. Then i was sent a quote that i signed only to later realise the cost of the additional laptop was changed on the updated quote (so incredibly devious). Then metrofibre was here and installed the line last Friday but the router had still not been delivered, it was delivered monday this week. I called to have the line connected and was told it was not possible since the laptop issue had not been resolved as it was all on one quote. I have to constantly call since Nov and wait forever for any assistance. What exactly is the problem with Vodacom and their service, even the Fibre new sales manager Lindiwe is of little to no help and doesnt return calls, you have to beg vodacom staff for help. Its ridiculous and highly frustating. 2 days ago Thabsile promised me a call back after speaking to Lindiwe....hooray, to date no call. This sale was started with Reece Anderson who earned the commission on the sale but could not be bothered with following through and ensuring that the customer has been sorted.
