let the "RAIN" fall on useless Vodacom this year

I had no issues with Vodacom for 2 years until I wanted to cancel my contract for the end of November. I called 2 months prior and asked to cancel, and was told I cannot. I have to wait for 30 days. with the high technology today, one would think they have the ability to put a notice on the system to cancel the contract on the set date. Anyways, they tried to dupe me in to committing to another contract offering me more than double the data I was getting for the same price. Making me realize they *****ed me over for whole years, paying such a high price for 20 gigs when they now offering me 50 gigs for the same price. So i accepted the offer, then luckily I heard in the conversation that I had 14 days to cancel. So I cancelled this upgrade while my current contract was still in effect. Bear in mind, my contract ended 30 Nov, so all this was way before this period. I did call Vodacom again to cancel for good this time and even called to cionfirm the cancellation. However, come 1 Dec, my data gets replenished by them AGAIN,, AFTER i cancelled the contract. Inefficiency at its best. Wake up vodacom. Iv got myself a RAIN sim card and its the best deal yet. R250 per month for unlimited data, super fast, no buffering etc. I was paying u R600 per month for 2 long years, for 40 gigs data. *******s!!!!
