Lenovo Laptops - Stay Away from them and Vodacom
In the beginning of January we took the laptop back to vodacom do to the speed and was assisted by a technician again Tebogo who said that it was the anti virus that caused the slowness of the laptop. He removed it and no change. it was still slow. There was nothing downloaded on the laptop besides the pre installed windows, microsoft office and a pdf reader. That is it. Back and forth with Vodacom Keywest they agreed to send it to Lenovo. From a customer service perspective my agreement is with Vodacom not Lenovo. On Saturday 13 February we went back to Vodacom as they called to say the laptop is back from Lenovo. Looking at the report from Lenovo they stated that the Hard drive was the fault and that they replaced it. I refused to take the laptop.... who in less then 3 months from taking out the contract needs to replace a hard drive of a brand new laptop that was hardly used.
