Contacted by vodacom a couple of days after post on hellopeter.com. After 3 months of little or no assistance, the issue was attended to within week with the consultant even contacting me over the weekend. Waiting for my next invoice to confirm whether the issue has been finally resolved.

Feel bittersweet about this whole experience and glad it's hopefully coming to an end. Firstly i only received help after posting on this website after 3 months of getting nowhere with vodacom customer services, which effectively renders vodacom customer services structures irrelevant.

Secondly it took over 3 months to resolve an issue that was eventually fixed within a week. Does vodacom consider the impact to the customer when they fail to deliver on services agreed-upon for such a lengthy period?
