Iv been vodacom client all my life, but at the moment iv come to realise that vodacom online is inappropriate in regards to having to explain properly with terms and conditions. I have quite a lot of contracts with them. They have recently upgraded one of my contracts through a so called rewards department, which I was told that changing package is not an upgrade, next thing when i wanted to properly upgrade now I’m being told I was upgraded already. How? Like I’m so disappointed!!! Very much disappointed!!! Actually i wanna quit this network esp when comes to contracts, !!!
