LegalESS charge on my Vodacom invoice

I noticed a charge of R43,47 (before VAT) on my invoice, labelled LegalESS.

Vodacom Customer care confirmed the charge and said it was for Legal Insurance. The gave me another number to dial.

The guy who answered this call put me through to an external company (Client Care or something), claiming Vodacom had nothing to do with this.

The external company said they do offer an Courtesy Legal Advice service to Vodacom customers, but they do not charge for this.

I would really appreciate if someone form Vodacom can clarify this issue.
