Legal proceedings due to affected source of income

This is absolutely pathetic I will be suing Vodacom for affecting my source of income for the last week I have been struggling to get calls due to admin lock Vodacom decided to place. I can't use ANYTHING for a account I pay for ! Everytime I am told 24 hours 4 times now so this will be simple to sue you for affecting someone income if they cannot use their device and clients can't get hold of me. Please expect a legal letter very soon
