Legal dispute

I ported my number from Vodacom to MTN at the end of January after my 24-month contract had expired. However, Vodacom has never stopped billing me, even after I've spoken to multiple agents to try and cancel the "non existent service". I eventually stopped the debit order manually. I've now apparently been handed over to your legal department due to the outstanding contract billing, once again for a service I cannot use, due to not being on your network . I wrote a letter to your legal department last week, and have had no response, I've just spent 30 min on the phone trying to reach someone senior in your legal department, but I keep getting sent back to your IVR system, which requires me to enter a valid Vodacom cellphone number. Guess what? It doesn't exist on your network, and therefore the calls keeps getting dropped. Please, please can someone with the knowledge & expertise required to resolve this contact me, as my next stop is ICASA & the consumer complaints division of the Consumer Protection act, which I'd like to avoid if at all possible.

I've attached the reference number I received on the automated reply to my email query.

Regards
