Legal department- Cancelations

Good day

I am trying to cancel a contract with Vodacom. The contract needs to be cancelled at the legal department of Vodacom as this is my mother's contract who has passed away in November 2017. Vodacom's legal department sent me this email address via sms - legal.collectionsvodacom.co.za. However the email to them does not go through as it states this email adress does not exist. I am trying to verify the address with them but none of them can help me with this. They then put me through to the legal department and I wait and wait and get no response. The address they sent to me via sms seems to be incorrect. And to get a response from them is an impossibility to verify the email address which they sent to me incorrectly.
