Legal Department Broken Commitment

I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue with your company.

I am currently on hold with your legal department (Lindiwe) for over 15 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor, which I am sure will never happen and the call will shortly drop.

On the 5th October 2016 I made an arrangement for Vodacom to debit me R4,840 over 2 months (October & November) in full and final settlement of this account.

To date nothing has been debited and I have been receiving legal letters.

Your agent now has told me there is a broken arrangement, so I need to settle the arrears and then only can I get a quote to settle the account.

I DID NOT BREAK ANY arrangement, it was very clear on the phone call on the 5th October that Vodacom would debit me over 2 months. If anything, Vodacom did not fulfill their side of the arrangement (suprise?).

Please advise urgently, as I would like to settle this matter once and for all so I never have to deal with you guys again.

Issue has still not been resolved, Robin from their legal department agreed to get the overcharges credited as long as I settle the remaining balance of R1,500 - and she would reinstate the debot order. To date I have paid the amount she asked for, nothing has been credited and nothing has been resolved.
