Legal and Accounts *****up

where do i start??<br> <br> I have a cell phone account from early 2013. and in June 2015 I tried to get a second contract and today, I got declined due to a previous account not conducted properly. I phoned Legal again on *** , and apparently i have a fictitious contract in 2008/2009, which is pain in full.<br> Now i ask you <br> 1, why do i have a bad rep with a account paid in full which should actually not exist?<br> 2. how did i get this current contract which started in early 2013?<br> and it still has not been fixed WHY???<br> <br> or i wonder if a law suite for defamation of character will suffice?<br>
