Legal action Threats after arrangements made.

as pern email received dated 30/07/2015 i received communication from Vodacom stating that i owe an X amount and if not paid legal action will be taken againts me,please note that this is the 3rd time im logging a complaint on hellopeter because of poor pathetic service and a lack of keeping up to date as to the payment schedule i have in place to pay of a data bill of almost R9000.00 after i asked my account to be blocked and limits to be set yet i was blatantly ignored,my final pay date is for the month of August 2015 as set out and recorded by one of your controllers,not one month since arrangement was made I missed, late paid or short paid,now VODACOM sends me Threatening letters of legal action,please do take legal action as i WILL counter with same,and you will be held responsible for all my legal cost etc. due to a lack of professionalism and lack of your knowledge and how to handle a serious matter such as mine i was forced to move out where stayed because of Vodacom not acknowleding the problem and leaving it to escalate to the worst possible form i am now in a financial difficulty thanks to the great support and help from your customercare department VODACOM.regards
