Legal Action taken after porting to Telkom

<p>My dad is ebing harased today by Vodacom and thier Attorneys. At first we thought its a **** as this is the first time either of us has heard or recived any communication from Vodacom since he moved over to Telkom end of last year. This morning he recived an email and SMS from Hammond Pole Attorneys informing him that he ows Vodacom R668.88 and that Vodacom handed him over to these Attorneys. Now some guy is coming to write up his Assets to sell of to cover the debt. The guy is EXTREMLY rude and ARROGANT, extremly is an understatement!! So far no one is bale to assist us. Vodacom has not made ANY attempt in contacting us regarding this "unpaid" amount (which is strange seen as he moved over to Telkom after the contract expired).</p>
