Legal action is the only way with this company

I received an SMS saying my contract is coming up for cancellation, finally, because I've been waiting long for this cancellation. But when I call to cancel? Suddenly, I can’t. No reason. No explanation. I request the contract, they refuse to give it to me. I ask for a reference number for the call, they can’t give me one. But confirm that the call is recorded. They have time to upsell me and question my decision, but not a second to give me basic info I am legally entitled to. And when I ask for a superior? "Not available." How convenient. I called LAST YEAR and was told very specifically that my contract could only be cancelled in July 2025. It's July 2025. And now this circus? This feels like deliberate obfuscation and delay tactics to keep customers locked in. It's *********, it's infuriating, and if this isn't resolved, legal action is the next step.
