Left in the dark by Vodacom
Someone used my 🆔 to open an account with said co, now I'm unable to get another phone. I sent all the documents to them at the ***** Dept, one minute ticket is closed the next it's assigned to a representative. Said it would take 2 weeks to sort out, today I get an SMS saying ticket is closed. What must I deduce from that. That the sky is falling or what. Such *********** people.
