Good day,

We contacted vodacom for settlement on 2017/10/17 for ********** 835.

The account was settled on 26/10/2017 with R823.51 @ vodacom Illanga mall, where proof of Id and signed document was handed in.

Please see attached statements 31/10/2017, 30/11/2017/ (R469.01)and 30/11/2017 (R469.40)

This account if the data was finished, no further costs could be added to the account,

I then started getting sms's about the arrears account, where I made a demand deposit of R438.91 on 15/11/2017 to get Vodacom off my back.

If you go through your records, all the years, I have been with Vodacom, I never once had an unpaid account.

How can a settlement figure be given to find out that later the srvice provider claims you still have an outstanding amount of R438.91 and being bombarded with sms's.

Due to this conduct, I have also cancelled my main number ********** 204, and think you have lost a very reliable client.

Could you please make sure, as I want to refer this to the *Ombudsman.*

Your response would be appreciated.

Greetings Ms. Annette Bezuidenhout

Apologies for the delay in getting your query resolved, the query was escalated to our cancellations department and they have prepared a credit of R469 on your account and we requested they refund it to your bank account once the credit reflects.
