I've been a client of Vodacom for a while now and one thing I've noticed is when you sign up for a new contract or upgrade or set price a month or 2 later there is always more money added regards of the document you signed and agreed to when you stepped into an agreement with them.
Another thing that bothers the living daylights out of me is the fact that I'm on a top up contract and I got a recurring data bundle loaded making my bill look totally different. In an economy where people is trying to save it seems like Vodacom is pushing their own objectives.
The reason for writing this email is to get this nonsense sorted asap
