learn to stick with the arrangements

My debit order didn't go off & I was not notified that. Debit orders get cancelled with vodacom if it doesn't go off for 1 month. Anyway I got a message that I'm late with payment must've been a month late or under a month late. Before I went into vodacom & paid in cash I phoned vodacom to find out what's going on with my account & if I make payment on that day will it still affect my credit record the consultant said no. The other day I went to apply for a loan I was declined as my name is now on itc for the amount of R104. Please help correct this. I can't be on itc for just 1 month late payment that's ridiculous especially since I called & made arrangements.
