The marketer phone and promise more for the same price. For many years already I refuse to trust them and only do business in store where everything is on paper before I agree. I decided to give them one more chance, but after this episode I am back to that policy. They lie and cheat and we pay. What should have costed the same, is now R144 per month more expensive. I did take into account the vat and the admin fees and whatever I did change and still my account comes to R144 per month more that I cannot explain.
