LEAKING MY INFORMATION
I was not using my prepaid sim as all my personal accounts was linked to that number and i worked out of SA for several month and used my company phone line , now the number is deregistered and relocated to someone els , all my account otp's goes to that phone number for account recovery and customer care tells me they cant do anything to solve this problem as i feel this is insane cuz all my personal information can get accessed via that number and they just say sorry i can not help you . VODACOM YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE MAKE USE OF YOUR SERVICE EVER AGAIN . YOU HAVE ZERO TO NONE SAFETY MESUERS ON PROTECTING YOUR CLIENTS .

14 Dec 2023, 13:16I understand that the account goes inactive but with a positive airtime balance and alocating a number that was in use to someone els is unacceptable, so then again thank you for your extremely great help you offer me protecting my privacy , youve earned employee of the year badge by this response , what a joke . Change your slogan to Vodacom promotes crime in sa. Is there not somebody above yourelevel that can assist with Problem because it feels like your response is typically from somebody who only sits in there office chair to collect there pay check and has no idee as what actually could be done

14 Dec 2023, 13:24As per your T&C it states that notification should be given , now how do i get a notification if im not using the phone sitting in anothe country ? And also states that vodacom can rerigister the number , but no where does it say it wil rerigister the number on someone elses name
