Leading Cell Phone Provider - Vodacom - Shocking Service

<p>My Mother had a cell phone contract with Vodacom. She sadly passed away in January this year from cancer. I have been trying to find out how to go about canceling her contract which ends in June 2017, or whether I should continue to pay for it until it ends, and if I cancell it what it would cost me since its seen as an early cancellation (3-4 months!).</p> <p>Well after numerous calls and being passed from one department to anouther I eventually sent an e mail to their legal collections department on the 2nd March 2017 - to no avail. I have not recieved as much as a response to my e mail or a so called reference number either. Upon calling them again today and going through 3 departments again, I get someone from the legal department on the line who insists that she can not help me as I dont have a reference number!!!!!!!!!!! How does one supply them with a reference number if one has not been issued with one. All I'm trying to do as a person who is having to deal with a number of unresolved things is wrap this matter up and I'm recieving no assistance what so ever from the so called service provider! Sis on you! </p>
