Lead around the bush

I tried to upgrade on the 6th Jan 2016 yet the Vodacom system kept telling the that the page I am trying to access is under construction ( final page for upgrades after selecting a product ) . I believe that they new their items listed is coming to the end that day and though hey , lets not award any one any free vouchers by crashing our site. Your store at Matlosana was also not helpful as the store clerks advised me not to go the online route as Vodacom will send me incorrect items , therefore shooting myself in the foot. Who sais that!! Today I contacted your NHO for my upgrade only to find that , that what is advertised online is no longer available as the NHO lady , (nr ***8) said sorry its not available as the site is not updated.
