Lazy, uninformed and useless staff.
The customer service is pathetic. They removed my profile from the app due to moving from contract (R400 per month but services toyal not more than R210) and they refused to sort out. Had to send 2 dozen emails upto someone decided that they can actually reload the profile. Vodacom management is useless as the staff are not doing anything!

They will not do anything to solve a problem. The call centre is a front to ensure that the "back office" does not do anything except take the customers money, that they don't even earn.
