Lazy!

Woman from vodacom upgrades calls me on the 21st May, she offers me a new laptop, new wifi, 100 gigs day, 100 gigs night & the left over gigs will carry over for a month on my R600 contract, just an extra R9 a month, I accept the contract & this black thing tells me Delivery will be in 3-5 working days. I'm the idiot sitting waiting & waiting for delivery that just comes, so I call the vodacom upgrades yesterday to find out what's going on & where my order is, I get through to Justeen who explains to me the order has been canceled due to this stupid black woman who didn't complete the order & put it through, now cause of her I loose out on a nice deal & don't get the laptop I finally needed, yet she won't loose her job over it, which she needs to, if they can't do the job, they should not be given it in the first place. I've been with vodacom for more then 15 years & more & I've never dealt with such a mess up in all that time.
