Lazy attitude

Vodacom has ruined my credit record and they don't seem to be wanting to take responsibility for it.

It started in 2015 when someone **********ly used my details to apply for credit. I proved beyond reasonable doubt that it was not me that app**** for credit and a case was also opened.
I then spoke with a lady by the name of Angela Sangweni who asked me to send affidavit, my certified ID copy, and all the other documents. I obliged and to this day, she hasn't rep****.

I then contacted Vodacom helpline to get details of the legal department and i was advised to send the email to ********** to which i did and again, NO FEEDBACK received. I have sent few emails to them to follow up and no one seem to bother.

I wouldn't have known that Vodacom has blacklisted me until I went and app**** for a house and was told that my Vodacom account was in arrears. How could Vodacom be this cruel? On top of that, I used to have a contract with them, why was their staff so lazy not to compare my original signature with the *********'s one?

I'm really fed-up with this and I'm now considering legal route.
