Laying of fiber

Vodacom is laying fiber in my area. Many residents have had their paving destroyed. They are starting in my street. Vodacom promised to advise homeowners as to when digging will commence and who will be digging. They have not. I called to get information and they will not give me any information. WHERE IS THE CONSULTATION YOU PROMISED? YOU HAVE MESSED UP NUMEROUS DRIVEWAYS AND I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TOUCHING MINE!!
