Laying a charge of theft against Vodacom
After cancelling a contract, I was debited for 3 more months. I then followed up and Vodacom confirmed the contract was cancelled and apologized and said I’d be refunded. They then debited me again. I followed up and they said I’d be refunded and they confirmed the contract was cancelled. They then debited me again. When I followed up, they promised the money would be returned within 48 hours. I’m still waiting. I will be going to the police station to lay a charge of theft against Vodacom on Monday.
