Laying a charge of Crimen Injuria

Received an sms yesterday from a company acting on behalf of Vodacom wanting money from me for an account i do not own or possess. Compuscan Credit Solutions emailed me to say my banking details were used in this regard and i need to get it of the system. Vodacom is unfit to do business......i keep getting these sms from MBD INC. Its been for over 6 months now.....i called Vodacom Customer Care which True Caller had detected it out to be a ********** business....the guy on the line was adamant i listen to these people and do as they say or else face the consequences to get blacklisted.....when i asked his name, he blatantly refused....Vodacom are **********...working hand in hand with these people ?
