Laughing at customers declined for contracts - Vodacom Vaal Mall

Vodacom Vaal Mall, is extremely unprofessional and there is no customer service. Its like there is no training for staff - staff talk to you like 'we buddies', and they promise to contact you, but never do. You will wait for too long, and staff laughs at customers whose contracts applications have been declined.
